D&M Logging Inc provides timber purchasing, harvesting, land clearing, road building, and drainage services to landowners and developers in North Carolina. All services are subject to site evaluation and mutual agreement.
Clients must own a minimum of 5 acres of standing timber to qualify for timber purchasing. Proof of ownership may be required.
All payments are processed via bank transfer. Payment schedules and amounts will be outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients must grant safe and legal access to the property. D&M Logging Inc follows strict safety protocols and reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to unsafe conditions.
We are committed to sustainable forestry practices. Clients are encouraged to consult with the NC Forest Service and NC State University for best management practices and tax incentive programs.
D&M Logging Inc is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damages caused by third-party contractors. Liability for service-related issues will be addressed in individual contracts.
